Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be made within 14 days, after this period returns are no longer accepted.

please note postage costs are non-refundable in the above event, postage costs are only refundable in the event an item arrives damaged and you choose a refund over replacement.

certain types of items cannot be returned like

  • perishable goods such as food.
  • custom products or orders (such as special orders or personalised items)
  • personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted & sale items or gift cards.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an evemt occurs that the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 if 48hr have passed since delivery or collection have occured and you have not made any previous communications, we will be unable to evaluate nor make a claim.

please note if a claim has to be made due to damages by delivery courier, this takes upto 30 working days and an outcome from delivery courier has to be made before we can help with a Resolution.

please note, if you have set a Safe place for your parcel and your parcel goes missing we are unable to claim for this due to royal mails terms & conditions, please try to be present for your delivery's or redirect them.

please note, unless the item is NOTICEABLY damaged and unable to be reused at all, all items have to be RETURNED to be ELIGIBLE for a REPLACED or refund, this will not be processed until the item reaches us. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. we currently only ship within the united kingdom.
